Construction of technical infrastructure at the Technology Park in Książ Wielki – Miechowski District
The task involved designing the entire technical infrastructure along with obtaining the decisions and permits required by law for the implementation of the investment: "Construction of technical infrastructure at the Technology Park in Książ Wielki — Miechowski District" and the execution of the first stage of its development.
The infrastructure project is designed to prepare the communication system for an economic activity zone located between Książ Wielki and Książ Mały around the "Książ Wielki" junction on the emerging S7 expressway. Work value: PLN 25,601,167.92 gross.
Scope of work to be performed
The contract with the Client was signed on July 4, 2023. Implementation deadline: August 4, 2025.
- Execution of a multi-discipline design together with obtaining a decision permitting the implementation of the task
- Construction of internal asphalt roads and access roads – stage I – estimated quantity 22,000 m²
- Construction of pedestrian and bicycle paths with concrete blocks – estimated quantity 9,500 m²
- Construction of internal rainwater drainage network and rainwater drainage connections within the constructed roads
- Construction of street technical ducts and culverts within the constructed roads
