
Claims Specialist
FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is looking for a Claims Specialist to support projects implemented throughout the country.
If you combine knowledge of construction law, public procurement and practice in preparing claims, join our team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing claims in accordance with contract provisions and the Civil Code, including compiling and verifying documents.
- Maintaining and archiving claims documentation for contracts.
- Analysis of contracts in accordance with applicable claims procedures.
- Coordination of activities with the Legal Department, Project Manager and Construction Manager.
- Preparing documentation necessary in court recovery processes.
- Implementation of other tasks supporting the claims process.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Higher education in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of public procurement law and practical ability to apply construction regulations.
- Punctuality and very good work organization.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
