Foreman / Road Works Manager
FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is looking for a Foreman/Road Works Manager for the rapid tram route construction project from Zachodni Station to Grójecka Street in Warsaw.

Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supervising the preparation of tender offers.
- Analysis of tender documentation and technical and formal requirements.
- Creating and updating tender action schedules.
- Close cooperation with technical, legal and financial departments in developing offers.
- Conducting negotiations with partners and subcontractors.
- Monitoring the public and commercial procurement market.
- Reporting results and recommending actions for management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preparing and conducting tenders, preferred in the construction industry.
- Very good knowledge of public procurement law and tender procedures.
- Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing a project team.
- High negotiation competencies and ability to build business relationships.
- Preferred relevant education (construction, law, management).
