Bridge Works Manager
FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is implementing the construction of the S7 expressway on the Czosnów – Kiełpin section and is looking for a Bridge Works Manager.
We are looking for an experienced leader who will lead bridge works and ensure their timely, safe and documentation-compliant implementation.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of bridge works implementation in accordance with construction law and project documentation.
- Cooperation with the supervision inspector, organization of partial and final work acceptances, reporting completed stages.
- Planning and coordinating the work of own teams and subcontractors, participation in negotiations with partners.
- Maintaining technical documentation and correspondence in the bridge industry.
- Enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations and recommendations on the construction site.
- Control and optimization of costs related to work implementation.
- Managing material deliveries and supervising their settlement.
- Participation in meetings, technical councils and construction councils.
Requirements
- Construction qualifications to manage construction works without restrictions in the bridge specialty.
- Membership in the regional chamber of construction engineers.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the position of bridge works manager.
- Experience in building class S roads or in urban area implementations will be an additional asset.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software and MS Office package.
- Category B driving license.
