Construction Works Manager
FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, in connection with the implementation of express road S7 on the Czosnów – Kiełpin section, is looking for a Construction Works Manager.
Join our team and support us in conducting key works related to road perimeter and acoustic screens in Warsaw and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating construction works in accordance with contract requirements and project documentation.
- Participation in internal meetings, technical councils and construction councils.
- Supervision of road perimeter construction and acoustic screen installation.
- Enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.
- Cooperation in ordering materials necessary for work execution.
- Conducting material consumption control and reporting deviations.
- Reporting and organizing laboratory tests.
- Participation in own and verification laboratory tests.
- Coordination of subcontractor work and supervision of work quality.
- Cooperation in developing as-built documentation.
Requirements
- Higher technical education.
- Construction qualifications in structural-construction specialty.
- Experience in road perimeter and acoustic screen construction will be an additional asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office package and AutoCAD program.
- Category B driving license.
