Information Clause
The Controller of the User's personal data provided via the Website, i.e. the entity deciding on the purposes and methods of processing, is FABE POLSKA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Cybernetyki 19 B, 02-677 Warsaw, NIP 9591969133 (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).
The personal data provided by the User is processed by the Controller on the basis of the User's consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – hereinafter referred to as the GDPR.
Providing personal data via the Website is voluntary. The User may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Controller at biuro@fabepolska.pl, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The User has the right to access their personal data at any time, to rectify, erase or restrict processing, to object to processing, and to data portability.
The Controller processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
Communication with the User, in particular handling complaints regarding the Controller's products or services.
The Controller may also process the User's personal data obtained via the Website for the following purposes:
- to conclude and perform a potential contract between the User and the Controller and to provide customer service to the User as the Controller's client pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- to carry out financial settlements with the User who is the Controller's client under a contract concluded between the parties, as well as to pursue claims from the User being a client under the Controller's legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and to fulfil the Controller's tax obligations under separate regulations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- to conduct the Controller's marketing activities under the Controller's legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and in line with the declarations of intent relating to marketing communication submitted to the Controller. Consents granted for marketing communication (e.g. for receiving commercial information by email or for telephone contact for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
- to fulfil the Controller's legal obligations towards the User set out in the GDPR within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Disclosure of personal data
The User's personal data is not transferred by the Controller to third parties.
Data retention period
The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e.:
- for the duration of the Controller's business activity.
